Introduction

This Privacy Policy describes how STORIES processes personal data collected through this website, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR). It applies only to data provided voluntarily through the contact form; the website does not use analytics, tracking or advertising profiling.

Data we collect

The only personal data processed by STORIES are those you voluntarily submit through the contact form:

Purposes and legal basis

The data are processed to reply to your request and, subject to your explicit consent given via the form, for marketing and commercial communications about STORIES. The legal bases are your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) and the legitimate interest of the controller in replying to enquiries (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Retention period

Contact data are retained for 3 months from the moment the message is sent, after which they are deleted, unless a longer retention period is required to fulfil a specific request or to comply with legal obligations.

Recipients and processors

To operate the website and deliver contact emails, STORIES uses the following providers, appointed as data processors where applicable:

• •Ionos — email and domain services
• •Google (Gmail) — reception and management of email correspondence

Transfers outside the EU

Some of the providers listed above (in particular Resend, Cloudflare and Google) are based outside the European Union. When personal data are transferred to countries outside the EU/EEA, the transfers take place on the basis of the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) and, where necessary, additional appropriate safeguards.

Your rights

You may exercise at any time the rights set out in Articles 15–22 GDPR: access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection and withdrawal of consent. To request the removal of the contact data you have submitted, or to exercise any other right, please write to privacy@stories-app.it. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali).
